Gene Simmons, Paul Stanley, Tommy Thayer and Eric Singer graced the stage at Ruoff Music Center in central IN on Saturday, August 31st.  When the tarp dropped, the stage became electric as KISS fired up 24,000 fans with "Detroit Rock City" and a state-of-the-art light show.

They rolled though all their hits including; Deuce, Say Yeah, War Machine, Heaven's on Fire, Lick it Up and finally Rock n Roll All Night.  Dr. Love went straight into 100,000 Years featuring Eric Singer's 10 minute drum solo.  Eric plays double kick Pearl drums while the 'scissor-lift' riser ends high above the stage - while never missing a beat.

The KISS Army received recognition during the concert.  The KISS Army was founded in Terre Haute, IN in 1975 by then-teenagers, Bill Starkey and Jay Evans. The two teens began recruiting fans and calling radio station WVTS, which led to a 1975 sold old concert in Terre Haute.  This was the beginning of the official "KISS Army".

Paul Stanley never disappoints with his charm, charisma, glitz and staying in great shape.   His silver-studded Ibanez guitar reflects the bling off his studded-leather vest and spandex pants.  Gene carries the heavy weight of his cumbersome outfit and boots like a breeze...creating the illusion that the performance is effortless...something many fans might take for granted.

Tommy Thayer has been the lead guitarist for KISS since 2002, when he replaced Ace Frehley.  Tommy had worked with or though the band since 1985.

The "End of the Road Tour" - fans were on their feet for the full performance; singing and cheering as many saw their final appearance from the world's all-time favorite band.

We all thank you, KISS, for every great song and every great concert.  Many great musicians became musicians because of you!
